So woke myself up a few times last night with dizziness. Every time I rolled over i got a vertigo sensation. Sitting up. Pretty bad. I've had orthostatic hypotension (it was at its worst in July, but has improved since). That was usually just when standing up from sitting or lying down. this was happening while still lying down. All day I've felt a bit in a fog...like I'm drunk. I'm pretty sure my husband did not roofie me so not sure what is going on. Went to a walk-in today and Blood pressure is on the low side (which is normal for me). but everything else checks out. he basically said "come back if it gets worse".

Just had a little kettle corn just in case it is low blood sugar

B-chia pudding and fruit

L-Protein oat muffin.

S-kettle corn

s-chia pudding and fruit

d-black bean chilli with chicken

Thanks. Am wishing I'd insisted on blood tests. I suspect high iron may be the culprit.

I'm sorry to hear this! I was having a lot of dizziness if I didn't eat enough on my bike rides. I had to increase my carbs on bike riding days.

Now I'm getting dizzy when I get up, or if I'm walking and bend over and then straighten up, I feel dizzy. My blood pressure is in the "optimal" range, but seems low to what it used to be. I can't imagine how awful it would feel to be dizzy while rolling over. I hope that will clear up for you.

I just deleted a post because I thought it said "what are you eating doing" today but it was for yesterday, lol. Oops. I tried to edit it but the edit option wouldn't come up for me.
