3 month follow up today
Hello Everyone.
I had my 3 month followup today at TWH. Was happy to hear that all my bloodworm came back normal, cholesterol was a bit high, but I've always had that and its gone down so they weren't concerned.
The best part was hearing that I have already lost 57% of my excess weight 
The nurse told me that they expect to see 20-30% at this appointment, so in her words I'm "way ahead of the game". This is good because I am definitely seeing my weight loss slow right now, so knowing I've done so well early on will help me stress less about the slows
Also, I've lost more than 6 inches off my waist
Today was a really good day

Pre-Op=8.8lbs --- Optifast= 8.4 (was on it for 9 days due to cancellation)
