Good morning everyone.

The dreaded snow arrived last night along with howling winds, grrrrrrr.

This morning I'm going swimming, then home to clean up. My dishwasher broke yesterday and I have to haul everything out of the dishwasher and hand wa**** has to be clean for when the cute dishwasher repair man comes to visit. What shall I wear ;). Tonight DH and I have our date night for dinner and live music. They have some new items on the menu so I will give them a try.

Its from their hot food selection. They cook it in the store. on Friday's you get 9 pieces for 10.00 otherwise its 13.99. You can also buy individual pieces which is what I normal do. Just grab a single breast for my lunch.

Good morning :)

We got what I would call a dusting of snow, just enough to mess up the roads. My mom sent me a photo from their house up north and they are getting a blizzard. So I am currently thankful we are not getting that yet. I'm so happy it's Friday!! Nothing much planned. Getting my snow tires on and dinner with friends on Sunday.

Post-op two years, eight months.

Breakfast - protein bar

Snack - turkey sausage, yogurt

Lunch - pepperettes

Snack - cheese and pepperoni

Dinner - pork roast again. That's what we get for cooking the whole thing at once.

Snack - protein shake if needed

All water and vits.
