hello friends, I started puréed foods and had tofu and peas yesterday no problem. But today I reheated the leftovers and I was vomiting it all up for like an hour. Anyone experience this? Oh lord is this just the beginning of the barfs?

thanks :)

It happens to a lot of us. Foods we enjoy one day are simply not tolerable another. I avoid those for awhile and try again another day with some sucess. Salmon and Ham are two I seem to have trouble with now. My pouch gets grumpy.

Sorry to hear you were so sick. :(

I hear that sometimes leftovers can be difficult because they can be dry or more cooked (because they are reheated). Maybe try adding extra moisture (broth or other) when reheating to keep it moist?

That's all I can really think of.

Good luck.

If you reheated in the microwave that could be the problem. Microwave seems to change the texture. I always reheat in a pan with a bit of broth or water and a lid on low and never get sick. Got sick once and it was from reheated in the microwave tenderloin.

I blame the microwave. At least, that was the problem with reheated foods for me, especially in the puree stage. I started using the stove or oven to reheat, and bought a mug warmer to keep my food warm as I ate, and it made a huge difference for me.

Good luck.

Sometimes it makes no sense. Today food is good tomorrow nope! not going to work. Don't let it discourage you. I was never a puker but now at 6 years I find that food gets stuck.

Just really make sure food is moist. I too have problem with microwave food
