high butt crack???

I just got bandages off after LBL.....the fold in my behind seems kinda high?   Is it just from being squished together for the last 19 days????  will it smooth out???   was my butt so saggy that it was just too low before and I didn't know and now it's were it belongs???   Maddie

Maddie: I never noticed that my butt looked weird - before or after LBL - but your body will go through changes for several weeks after surgery. I have a funny story about my butt crack but it's too outrageous to post....maybe someday I'll post it when the board gets too serious and everyone needs a laugh. Kim

Yep, the butt crack get's raised!  And it does drop down slightly.  After a few months, you'll look at your "before LBL" photos and wonder why your butt was riding so low!  I wear mid or low rise jeans.  For the first time in my life, I MUST wear a belt.  I literally cannot keep my pants up!  And when I bend over - watch out!  But (no pun intended) this is a problem for those who have not had LBLs as well. 

Maddie - Same problems here - at first - I thought I might win "The World's Highest Buttcrack" award!  (lol) I still think it is high - my surgeon thinks it is normal.  Hopefully time will bring it back down.  I think it is better than it was at first - but still..... I have not researched it yet - but is there a butt crack reduction surgery?  lol Belts are a MUST. Low-rise jeans look great after LBL  Standing, not sitting

My LBL was 11 months ago and I was very unhappy about my high butt crack, it showed with all my panties and swimsuits.  It's not quite as high now as before and pants don't stay up if I've squated down or been sitting down.  I'll happly trade the skin and the new look for a high butt crack.   Gwen
