I admire your..... precision (not sure that is the right word) with regards to knowing exactly what you want.  My head space is saying, let Dr. S. do what he feels is best for me with regards to scar placement etc.  I am happy with the LBL theory and really nothing bothers me about that.  I am not sure how the medial thigh lift works and whether or not I have enuf breast tissue left for just a lift.  All of that will be figured out on the evening that he marks me.  I know what sags and what bothers me the most but I also know that I am 45 yrs old and do not expect to look like a 20 yr old model.  I just want the yucky saggy skin removed.  I have been searching all sorts of breast lift pictures and I haven't found one yet that looks like me before and that I would like to look like after.  All I really know is that I want to be able to buy "average" bras and not spend $150+ on a specialty size anymore.  But in the same breath I don't wan***** bitty lil ......   :)  I trust him completely.

I definitely want him to do what is best for me for sure, but I also want him to know what I want to look like afterwards.  I have seen many different types of cuts and incisions, and I guess I prefer certain ones over others.  After living in Hawaii for a 6 months now,  I have begun to appreciate tiny bikinis like they wear here, and I want to at least try to wear one without looking like a road map!  LOL!  I have worked so hard to get where I am at, and I want to reap the benefits of my new body.   I know that he will not be able to hide all of my scars, but I want to at least try. I am 33, and I want to hopefully look my age, and I would love to look 29!  LOL!   I even asked him if bringing my bikini would help, and he said he thought it was a great idea and would help alot in knowing what I am looking for. He is the artist though and will know what is best for me body.

I completely understand you on the breast thing too.  I would love to be able to just get a lift, but I want that fullness on top as well.  I plan on getting the silicone gummy implant to help with that, and he said he will not know what size of implant I will need until he examines me.  I also trust him completely because he is the expert.  I can tell him what I want, but he may feel that he can't get that type of shape from my body type.  I am so excited to see what he can do with all of this skin !

I don't know if I will ever be able to wear a bikini again.  I did once  lol.  wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy  back in the pre-children era.  lol.  I would love to have the body confidence to be able to atleast try again.  I also want the fullness in the top part of my breasts and some nice cleavage.  I will be watching for your posts in October and would really love to hear all your comments about the surgery.  It will hopefully give me food for thought with my up coming date as well.  Maybe I can start asking the right questions of Dr. S.

I have had 3 babies, a set of twin boys and a little girl.  The twins did a number on my belly...measured 32 weeks at only 20 weeks pregnant!  I know he will not be able to take off enough skin to get rid of the stretchmarks, so I will have to live with those.  I will definitely keep you updated on my progress after surgery, and I am thinking about starting a blog just for that reason.

aw thanks.  you are most definitely good for my ego.  I am excited that there will be others in Mexico at the same time as me.  I arrive on the evening of the 14th and apparently I have an apt. that night and surgery the next day.  No messing around with this Dr's schedules.  lol.  I don't get into Monterrey until 9:45pm.  So I don't know if I will get to see you and your man.  when do you leave?
