Well, I decided to put off my tattoo and instead look into doing my arms in a few months. A plastic surgeon advised me to wait on the tattoo since I was going to put in on my arm. Can anybody give me the price to do your arms so I have an idea of what it runs? Also the different type of surgeries on the arms. I am tired of being able to flap my arms and take off(LOL)  Gail

I had mine done in the Atlanta area, and it was about $6,000.  My surgeon is not the cheapest, but he did a breast reduction and tummy tuck on me in 2003, and he is an artist.  I wouldn't even shop around.  Best wishes!     --Dorothy

I agree with Dorothy.........but we have different doctors........................

I had my surgeon just do my tummy tuck and breast lift.  He to is considered to be a little pricey but i wouldn't have anyone else do my arms.  My healing and scars from previous surgery is amazing and wouldn't consider any one else.  My cost was $5,500 to the doctor and 1,000 to the hospital.  Two weeks from yesterday and my arms will be done.  :-)

I had my arms done in the Spring, I went to a teaching clinic and it was about $3700 total and I'm thrilled with them. My scars go from my elbows to the sides of my breasts.  Since at some point I'm going to get implants, and I didn't care about longer scars, they took my most of my back fat.  I know prices vary alot depending on what part of the country you live in, but for this area that was about  $2000 savings.

Hi Doreen, I looked at your before and after pics. Yes, the arms no longer look like you can fly away(LOL). They look super!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  How much pain were you in and for how long?

Thanks I'm really happy with them. The pain wasn't too bad, I thought it was going to be really bad.  The worse part was the hanging drains, but they took them out after 4 days.  Good luck.

Hi, I had mine done there in Tampa at USF the teaching hospital and it was a total of $3,600.  I'm very happy with the work and going back in October for a tummy tuck!
