Thanks for the encouragement. So many people have had bad experiences with spinal surgery it makes me a bit nervous. But I have just flown through all of the surgeries I have had so I am sure it is just like anything else the way you take it on is a big indicator as to how well you will do. I am looking forward to it. My surgeon is the best Kaiser North Cal has in my opinion so I know I will do just fine. I just hated to have it if it wasn't absolutely necessary.
