My "before" pics posted- brachioplasty on Friday

I'll be having my brachioplasty on Friday. I just posted "before" pics on my profile, in case anyone is interested in following my progress. My arms are TERRIBLE right now and I will be so thankful to get them fixed so I can show off my muscles!!

You do have a lot of muscle. How often do you lift weights? I have been doing it off and on too. I am still 160. i am trying to get to 140. Your arms are going to look great.

Thanks!! Right now I work out 3 times a week, an hour on the elliptical and an hour lifting weights. I would work out everyday, if I didn't have young kids. But I know they need me so I try to balance my time.

You should be so proud of the muscle tone you have in your arms!!! I just had a brachioplasty on Tuesday and I have been surprised how much range of motion I still have in them to be early out. I wish you lots of luck and can't wait to see the after pictures!!!

You have great arms! You're going to be very pleased with your results! I am 10 days post brachio and I love my new 'normal sized' arms! I can't wait for all the swelling to subside so I can see exactly what I've got here! BUT as of now, I am loving 'em!
