Lipo "holes" still leaking 8 days post op?? why?

I have one smal slit on the inside of my lower thigh right above the inner knee - that is still leaking. 

PS Doc told me at 5 days post op when 4 of them were still leaking that it was not normal - but not to worry.

Now I am wondering why is one not closed up yet?

I have a thick pad over it with tape so it does not run down my leg and get stuff wet - but should I be concerned?

did you have the tumescent lipo? if you did that is the fluid coming out . I think I leaked about 4days it seemed like about a weak or more for it to scab over it was disgusting looking but  it didn't hurt

don't know what kind of lipo I had  - but the stuff leaking is yellowish -- so I guess it's just the melted fat.

it's slowed down alot over the last 2 days but just won't scab over.

wondering if I need to put a presure dressing on it or just let it run it's course

Ask your surgeon if you can glob on lots of neosporian or Vaseline to seal it up (put a gauze or sanitary napkin on top after applying the cream).  Worked for me last year.

My hole wouldn't scab up I know the scab didn't for for over a week and he said I could put neosporin n it with a bandaid
