My arms seem to bug me more. The stitches came out Tue night. I'll be wearing my compression bra and body garment for 6 weeks at least. No way to pick off the scabs. Probably a good thing. Stretching too far, not fun. Sleeping - still on my back with my arms out at an angle from my body.
The chair in the shower was needed for about a week to 10 days. When you first take off your compression garment for those first few showers, just sit on the side of the bed for 10min or so.
