Hey plastics pals :) I've not really posted my pics here yet so I figured I'd start a thread to show how I look so far. I had my plastics in Monterrey Mexico with Dr. Sauceda and I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have. In addition to the procedures listed in my siggy ... he also repaired a huge HUGE hernia for me gratis while doing the LBL. My siggy also includes a link to his patient group here on OH which will answer most questions you have as well.

First is the LBL / Tummy hernia area ... this was the night before surgery and 3 days post op.

My small thigh lift .... WOWSER. I LOVE the results.

This is the mark up for my small thigh work ... scar in the groin area.

Thanks. I HATED my upper thigh "bags". I know this sounds ridiculous but ... I've not had any pain to speak of. During the first 24 hrs. SLIGHT discomfort but nothing over say a 3 on a 10 scale. I'm not sure how it works but the cuts all kinda become numb I guess from the nerves being cut. As I'm healing I feel them more (itchy) so the nerves are rejuvinating I guess. I had boat loads of work done and have not been on pain killers past 1 week and that was only Tramadol. No powerful narcotic or anything.

You really look great! Can you tell me on the thigh lift, did the doctor just make one incision at the top of the thigh, or does a second incision actually extend down the leg?

You may have posted this at another place, but can you tell me what surgeries you had done at this same time, and what the total cost was? So you were completely happy with Dr. Sauceda?

As you can see in the pictures I showed the "chunks" that were removed. That is it. The line going down the leg was for reference for the surgeons use. This was only a small thigh lift. He does the longer down to the knee incision if it's needed.

I had 2 operations ... 4 days apart.

1st - LBL / Hernia Repair - Small Thigh lift - Small Arm lift = 6 hrs.

2nd - UBL, Male Breast Reduction = 6 hrs.

His prices are on his website ... although he does discount greatly for the more procedures you do in a visit to him. It's "all inclusive" after your total goes above 6K I think. And yes ... my experience in Mexico and with Dr. S so far has been awesome. I got top notch care from an artist! I can't fully judge my results yet as I'm swollen etc. but so far I am very happy.
