Denial on Thigh reduction

Ok so I had my surgery in 2008 lost over 120 lbs, and now my thighs are so big from the hanging skin, they rub together and are constantly raw. Also I have to by pants that are almost 2 sizes bigger than I need just to get them over these thunder thighs.

But yet- my insurance company MMSI, has denied this and said it is cosmetic. Anyone else been denied and appealed and won?? Any helful hints and ideas are really needed!! I am so tired of still having to buy size 16/18 pants when I know I can fit into a 10/12 in the waist!!

Extremely rare to hear of someone getting thighs paid for tummy and boobs yes, arms occassionally, anything else very rare.  Just have to start saving or I took 2nd mortgage on house.
