Laura, I'm so sorry to hear this.. and like you said, you were doing so well..! I think we get to feeling somewhat, too normal, and we kinda forget we still need to be EXTRA careful..I know I do, anyway.
If you don't have satin sheets, buy a set, and also wear a satin gown or PJs to help you slip and slide with little effort...This has helped me sooooo much. Not trying to tell you what to do, but you will see a HUGE difference in the way you will be able to turn yourself in bed...
