Open wound 4 weeks out

Hope things are better today Laura!......When I had my abdomnioplasty on March 3 I was healing good and fast and my main incisiona and drain site healed withing a week.......my new navel was healing nicely, then slowed up and at a month out I developed a infection because it just would not close and kept trying to get bigger....my PS gave me some Cephalexin for a week and it cleared up and closed up....


hope your wound heals quickly.......Neosporin with pain relief helps tremendously!

Thanks, girlfriend!! My wound is doing much better today. It is forming a scab on the outer edge which I'm sure prevented it from opening even more. I have been taking ot easy, trying to heal. I have 2 weeks until I have to go back to work. Ugh!!
