Anyone have a revision on LBL for outer thighs?

Next week I am seeing my PS for another follow-up visit. I will be seven weeks post-op LBL. As some of you know from following my pre-op posts, questions, etc. I had an LBL for my saddlebags/ outer hip problems. At all three ps consultations the ps said that I needed a LBL vs. just an outer thigh lift to correct the problems.
At two weeks post-op, my saddlebags were back and I'm actually the same measurements there as I was before surgery. Of course, above the surgical scar I am very taunt so I am very "odd" shaped now (a clothes size smaller at the waist than hips). To say the least, I was a very unhappy patient. The ps/staff did agree with me that I did not get the result that was anticipated and offered to do a revision at my six month point of healing. (From what I have read - revisions are not that uncommon.) He is offering to do the surgery as out-patient at no cost to me. (I'm not sure if he just meant his cost or the total cost). He said that the revision would not be nearly as involved recovery wise and after about a week I could be back at work, etc.
I have not mentioned this to my family as it was enough to get them to support my original surgery. I'm still wrapping my head around the fact that I spent $13,000 and now am facing additional surgery to achieve my original goal.
So, has anyone had a revision on their LBL and what did you experience?
Thank you for any insight!

Maybe he needs to do some lipo on your outer thigh area before he lifts again. If I even get my innter thighs done, I'm going to ask for lipo in my outer thigh area when he does the inner thigh lift. I really think this is the only way I will truly get rid of my saddlebags. I know my surgeon did not want to lift up too high with my lbl or I would have had absolutely no butt. I think he made the right choice for me, but my saddlebags still bother me!!

I haven't had a revision but discussed taking some extra skin off the sides after my BL/BA that he left b/c he didn't want to give me a big scar. He would not charge a fee for his services but I still would have had to pay for the Room and ansethesia at the surgery center. I believe that's pretty standard for revisons b/c the PS has no control over the facility or anesthesia costs and don't see them paying for that themselves.
