What compression garment or binder do you have to wear?

I am getting a TT & gynecomastia soon. I was wondering what you guys are wearing to keep the swelling down. Some of you have mentioned that it is nice to have an extra one around when you have to clean it. Were you able to get an extra one from surgeons office or order one online? Any help would be appreciated.
