Hi, former resident of ATL and one with personal knowledge of Namnoum's work. He is an artist... and an absolute perfectionist. My sister lost over 100 pounds and her breasts looked like two Shar-pei puppies! He gave her the most beautiful lift and augmentation I've ever seen. If we still lived there, I'd have had him do my TT. If he says he can get good results without the midline scar, believe him. Hope this helps!

For me personally, this gets down to whether you really want/need a circumferential procedure or not. If you do, the logical thing is to do what you can with a body lift and see if there's enough residual laxity to do a staged fleur-de-lis. You'll notice significant improvement with a body lift, but there are some people who will not look good without a vertical excision. I'd try to get away with this without the verical personally
