Thanks Laura! I think like you, some of the swelling is FINALLY starting to go down!

This discussion is making me wonder if I want implants after my BL.  I'll be 61 at the time of my surgery in December.  I started as a 42 DDD and I'm currently a 34 DDD but I'm just now starting to see my breasts start to shrink and think that I'm more like a 34 DD. When Nordstrom's measured me a couple months ago they said I was a 34 F or G.  Yikes!  I wonder what I'll naturally be after the lift.  Anyone have a clue?   I would love to be a firm D.

Lee, I think it just depends on how much is just skin and how much is actual breast tissue.  I too noticed that during the weight loss phase and my band size went down my cup size went up.  Now I never was an f or anything but was measured at a DD.  Now after my lift I'm a 34C or 32 D, but to me they are tiny!  Still in my mind, I'm considering implants but hubby says no, don't need em.  Well who the hell needs em unless they're an A or something but we all want them, LOL.  So it's still in the back of my mind.  I'll be doing my arms soon so maybe....It's hard on the ego to go from being so full to being a member of the itty bitty ***** committee!

Thanks Laura.  I really had no clue how much it would change.  I guess I'll talk to Dr. Sauceda about it.  I'm hoping to lose another 10 pounds before December so that might make a big difference too.  I think I don't care about size too much and just want the girls back up on my chest where they belong!  :)

Lee, I just had a BL yesterday and I wish they would look like this forever!  I can not remember the last time that the girsl stood up and out on their own. I am 52 and had so much stretched skin from yo-yo dieting that my surgeries will be in two phases. First the BL and then after a few months I will do the augmentation and maybe a tummy tuck at the same time. I am somewhat swollen and a bit sore but otherwise the surgery went very well and the girls....YEA!!!!

I'm so happy for you!!  You must be so thrilled.   I'll be 61 when I have my plastics, and my skin has been stretched so much over 50 years of yoyo dieting.   I'm glad you're so happy!

Laura, thanks so much for your opinion.  I am still undecided about implants.  At first I thought I would be happy with just a lift.  But now I am thinking that it might be a shock to me, having been so full all my life...

I'm in the same boat.  I'm so used to having boobs and now they are all skin and I've been told by several PS that I'll be an A or maybe a B cup if I only get a lift!  I've gone back and forth about it and am now leaning towards saline (for safety issues) implants.  *sigh*
