pictures 1 month out
Well the glue was really gone by week 3 and 4. My doctor did not do
outside stitches or staples. Just glue.
I don't know if it helped but I really increased my proteins before and
after surgery. I was doing 80 g now I do at least 100.
Also I started right after surgery taking a product call Wobenzymes.
It is suppose to help with inflammation. My Nutritionist recommended it.
And, yes another and, after the glue came off and I didn't see any signs
of opening of the incision I started using pure organic cold pressed
extra virgin coconut oil over the scars. Per what my nutritionist told me.
My surgeon said not to use the coconut oil. That I didn't need it.
I used Tropical Traditions brand. Alittle expensive but as I use it for
cooking also (different Jar) It is the best tasting to me. It soaks in
really well.
Have all these things helps? I don't know. But those are my results
in the photos. I have been very blessed with healing, I know that
when I went into surgery I was in the best shape of my life.
Physically, mentally, I took things slow during healing but I still lived
my life.
Like I said Very blessed with my recovery.
I wish you a speedy recovery. Our bodies are different. Yours just
may want you to take it easy a little longer.
GIVE TIME TIME! You will get there and then you will be posting
your pics!

Hi Dani, my goodness I can't believe how great your arms look after only one month. Your surgeon did a great job and the scars are almost invisible. Wonderful. That's next for me, the arms...haven't booked a surgery date yet...seeing how well you arms look certainly makes me want to get them done sooner rather than later.
Take care...Linda
