Hey guys,
I know I haven't been around much and I'm sorry for that but life has been busy but I think of all of you every day. So today marks 11 months since my surgery and 1 year since the start of my liquids. So far I'm down 160 pounds and I'm about 25 pounds from my goal. Most of the weight left to loose is in my gut and some of it is mixed in with loose skin but that was to be expected. I NEVER WANT TO GO BACK :).

Anyways, here's an updated pic of me!

Cathou and I will be down to meet up with Dr. Garneau on the 16th at 9:10am. Ada also has an appointment with him I believe at 8:30am. Maybe we could meet up for some breakfast aftr our appointments? What do you think?

Congrats on your upcoming surgery. The board isn't very active anymore but people still drop in from time to time like myself. There are many people from Montreal that may be able to meet up with you and answer any questions you may have.
