Yea..... I made the weight
I went in for my pre op surgical discussion and I had to lose 20 lbs to qualify due to Medicare regulations. Made it, and by only about 4oz.. Actually they give you 2 lbs of leaway just because they figure that the last 3 days of liquid diet will get the extra little bit off.
I am relieved because I was still at 293 as of 8 days ago. Today 278! It almost just makes me want to liquid diet every couple of months to keep it off but I know that isn't very realistic. Now if I can just get this sugery to go as planned and NO OPEN PROCEEDURE.
