yes I remember those days very well,i loved the days i could not drink... I would suggest getting it completly deflated now, not July 11th, especially since you may have developed a maladaptive eating disorder. insurance co are funny, having it removed due to complications is one thing, having a revision is anohter thing. ohhhh yes I have been researching the DS for over 10 years, who wouldnt' be scared of any surgery, i understand, malabsorption is a scary thing, but for me it was less scary than being SMO again, so I was willing to do that......
You all have me really freaked out!!! I just got a band revision on 6/16/11. I had a hiatal hernia and I had complications with the band so I had an upper GI and that is where my surgeon saw the hernia. Little to my knowledge, I went and had it revised. Now I am scared. I don't know what to think or how to feel now!!!!
