Monte; I'm still losing and haven't gotten to goal. I've been lucky and have not had a single gain my entire journey so far. My body either stays the same or loses. I am concerned about what it's going to be like when I get to maintenance. That being said, when my weight loss stalls, I do what I call "go back to basics." To me that means 80-95g of protein/day, 100 oz. of water, and a 1/2 hour or more of exercise at least every other day. The last time I had to do that to get off of a stall, I lost 5 lbs. in 7 days. So, that's how I handle it. It may be different for me once I get to maintenance. I'll have to let you know then. Blessings, Jennifer 253 / 158 / 137

I was reading about this in a magazine at my surgeons office... basically the advice was "go back to basics". Some people choose to do the liquids again - but you could just go back to writing down what you are eating - making sure you get your protein, water, exercise in and arnt "grazing" and eating too many calories!
