Elesha; I don't think it's possible to overdose on B-12, but it's probably worth a quick phone call to your surgeon's nurse to confirm. Blessings, Jennifer 253 / 158 / 137

Here is what I found on WebMD What happens if I overdose? · An overdose of Vitamin B12 is unlikely to threaten life. Call your doctor, an emergency room, or a poison control center for advice if you suspect an overdose. · Symptoms of a Vitamin B12 overdose are not known. My NUT didnt give a dosage - I just use GNCs B-Complex once a day.

People with Anemia take more than the recommended daily allowance of B12. So you have to deterimine if you are feeling really tired, week, dizzy if you dont get enough. Blood work will show if you are anemic or not. I do the shots as they are free, give me lots of energy, and is one less pill I have to take. Hope this helped.
