Wonders never cease!  Can you believe I have nothing to rant about this morning?  The day is long and there are MILLIONS of people out there.  I figure someone will **** me off before the day is over. So, what's bugging you today?

My husband is bugging me today.  I just went to clean out my fridge before going grocery shopping, and when I opened the fruit drawer, I discover that he left an open container of "sea worms" in there.  For those who don't know, sea worms are these disgusting centipede-looking things that are used as fishing bait.  They are gross, disgusting and definitely do not belong in my fruit drawer in the refrigerator!

Wow!  Your husband just made my husband's day!  My husband's on my list a lot, but he never did THAT before!  I'm going to pretend like they were dead, because the alternative mental picture is just so vivid.  I think I had a dream (nightmare) one time about this very thing... Keep smiling Sally

This is totally stupid, but I am bothered by people with personalized liscence plates that don't make sense or are stupid. I have one, and it makes sense, but I find when I see others that don't, it distracts me from driving as I am trying to figure out what they are trying to tell me. I feel the same about bumper stickers that are too small...I know, lame, but it's really bugging me today! I was behind this guy in a Ford Diesel truck and his license plate was "ford desl". Ummm...duh!!! Why are you spending extra $$$ to tell me what is spelled out completely about 10 inches away from your license plate??? And what happens when you no longer have that car? What a waste!!!  I do appreciate a clever vanity plate, but the stupid or confusing ones really bother me.

My rant du jour...... people who shop at WalMart and leave stuff that belongs IN the freezer in buckets down the mop aisle, or on shelves in the cereal or cookie aisle. Yes, I work at WalMart and I have to clean up after these people. Don't they realize that they are wasting money by leaving frozen/refrigerated stuff out for the night stocking crew to clean up??? It's annoying!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! *hugs* Lori (who's off to nighty night land now)

I thought I'd have a big one to ***** about. We're having work done to the house (patio, deck around pool, fencing), and the guy didn't show up the last few days. My husband called this morning and he said "I'm on my way." Three hours passed and I didn't expect to see him, but he just got here. But I thought I'd ***** a little anyway.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket I never had any issues with my surgical team... until I got to my post-op floor at Boston Medical Center.  It was such a nightmare, and it is because of that experience, I may "jump ships"... as I never want to be in that hospital again. ALSO, I am 6 days out... keeping up on all my fluids and proteins, doing pretty well, and I am OUT OF PAIN MEDICINE!!  WTF!  I never doubled up on a dose, and even stretched the past few days... I am beyond pissed at having to call and "beg" for more pain medicine. (I still haven't decided if I'm going to...) Also, the amount of fluid I have to take in for all my liquid medications is ridiculous!!!  4oz of liquid Zantac, 4oz of liquid antidepressents...??  How am I supposed to get all that down?? Totally aggravated and grateful to RANT! Heather

Terri....I have a quasi-rant that I will turn into a question for the ladies? Is there something about a gentleman holding a door open for you that ****** you off?  I arrive at my office complex within the same 2-3 minute time frame every morning.  And every morning, I see at least 2 of 5 or 6 women that work here.  Well.....we have to go through about 5 sets of doors to reach our building.  If they're close behind....I will hold the door for them.   Well....today....one of the ladies was maybe 15 feet behind me.....so I stopped and held the door for her.  As she got to the door....she stopped and said..."I can get my own door....I don't need your help".  No problem...I replied.  (Actually it was no problem you ungrateful bi$^h......but kept the ungrate B part to a whisper). Anyway....is it offensive?  Last I looked.......a little chivalry might be a good thing. Jeff

Personally, I love it when a guy or gal holds the door open for me.  It's just plain old common courtesy.  I think she was having a bad day and took it out on you.  (hugs)  Ignore her.  Keep holding the door open.
