Trying to do good. Already got into the peanut M&Ms but I gave the rest to a co-worker so their out of sight.

B - protein coffee x2
S - 1/2 serving of peanut M&Ms
L - Progresso Light chicken noodle soup w/crackers and shredded cheese
S - turkey and cheese roll up
D - a new recipe - chicken, potatoes, onion and carrots drizzled with light italian dressing and baked. Yummy
S - ham and cheese roll up

1051 cals, 29 fat, 78 carbs, 122 protein

PreB - Vanilla chai pumpkin protein shake
B - 2 South Beach veggie quiches, homemade, 3/4 Quaker Corn Bran
S - Primal Strips Thai Peanut veggie jerky
L - 3 oz tuna, chopped cukes and tomato w/slight drizzle of olive oil and basalmic vinegar
S - apple
D - broccoli rabe, 4 "fake" crab meat sticks, salad w/hb egg whites and Bacos
S - FF Greek vanilla yogurt, 2 T granola

CALS: 1,179 Protein: 123g Carbs: 128g Fat: 22g Fiber: 19g
