Pumpkin Fluff = Pumpkin Ice Cream

I was mixing up a batch of pumpkin fluff and though I'd experiment and put some in my ice cream maker. I didn't want to possibly ruin the whole batch so I took about 1/2 of the pumpkin fluff and added 2 scoops of BSN Vanilla Dessert Protein and an extra cup of milk to the mixture I put in the ice cream maker.

It turned out GREAT. Now I have a new recipe.
I know what I'm having for dessert today.

I'm still pre-op... what is pumpkin fluff? Where do you get BSN Vanilla Dessert Protein?

I see that the recipe for Pumpkin fluff was already posted.
Instead of butterscotch pudding I use vanilla or cheesecake flavored.
I order my BSN Dessert Protein from Netrition.com. Its cheaper than GNC or any other store or website and their shipping is only $4.95 for any size order.

I LOVE the Whipped Vanilla Protein.

Pumpkin Fluff

1 small can pumpkin
1 small box sugar free butterscotch pudding
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 T splenda
1 container sf cool whip

Mix together and chill. Great for the holidays

 

Ooooh, that stuff sounds scary good. I'm very tempted to whip some up, but knowing my love of Cool Whip (and lack of control when it comes to stuff like this), I may resist the temptation.

Has anyone tried putting protein powder in the mix? I recently tried the BSN dessert proteins, and at least in baking, I can stand it. So I'm curious about it in this.
