I am just getting ready to do my daily plate. See where I rank for today. I had oyster stew, herring and it settled in my tummy just fine. I was a tad scared! But all is well in my world. Maybe I will have extra calories left  and can try a cookie tonight.

Did you do dishes today? You burn 152 cals doing dishes - thats a cookie!

I know - I'm not tryin to be a bad influence. I just don't believe in food prison. If cookies are your trigger, run away, far away. If not.. a single cookie? eh

Had the cookie. Before I even read your posting. The cookies taste blah! I tryed out splenda, never again! Dailyplate is on vacation. I tryed to chart 3 times and kept getting kicked out cuz of some error (on their site). Will try tomorrow LOL

Splenda makes me ooky - big fat bloat and just feeling bleeeeeeeeh so I avoid it. And its the only artifical sweetner I am comfortable with. I use a tsp of real sugar in my coffee (preop I used about 1/4 cup per .. i know i know..) anyways but anything that uses MASS quantities of sugar like baking - instead of splenda i use splenda blend. Its 50/50 - doesn't bloat me and has some taste to it.

I tried truvia - but it was too fruity for coffee, its just sittin there in the cabinet.

Truvia makes a great cup of Hot Cocoa. I put a scoop of unflavoured protein in it with two packets of Truvia. I warm the nonfat milk and add a tablespoon of cocoa powder. Just don't over warm the milk so the protein doesn't get lumpy and its a perfect cup of hot cocoa.
