My RNY!When I get them cheaply and plentifully, I toss them in a pan full of Pam-- with a shake of garlic salt, and some chopped onions. I cook them very slowly to caramelize the whole deal-- then I can freeze them or just keep a Tupperware full in the fridge for sammiches or pizzas or on beans.
When I make a petite filet, I throw them on the same pan as the meat, and douse the whole deal in non-alcoholic red wine. Why waste the good hooch on fungus?

I'm lucky I found a restuarant supply store that I can get them for 3.78 a bottle. Pick up a couple each time I go. My pantry was getting stuffed and I could never find the one I wanted. Top of the fridge is perfect for me.
