GG GUUURRGGLING

OKAY, SO I'M AT WORK, AND I AM GURGLING. I am on my thick puree, and allowed soft seafood (tuna, crab, etc.).
SO MY QUESTION IS: When you started on thick puree/soft foods, did you have gurgling just below your pouch? And burping? It's an odd feeling, not painful, but strange. Is this normal? I've tried to slow my eating...and I chew chew chew chew.

Am I gurgling alone?

gurgling- yes, sometimes. In my case it may depends on how much gas (internal) or liquid food I had. And not -you are not alone... It comes and goes. If it gurgles - that is a good sign - means that food is going through. No sound - possible blockage - no good.

I can be VERY noisy! People have stopped conversations with me with a shocked look on their face that this new little stomach can be soooo noisy.

As someone said earlier, it just means it's moving through, no big deal, just a bit noisy!

Thanks for the replies! Having just moved from pureed diet, my pouch and I are still strangers, to a degree! I did feel like a can of soda all shook up. LOL. The rest of the day I was very concious of the food going in (although it is very little), and feeling/hearing it progress on its merry way....SO THIS IS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE!

Thanks again, and glad to know I'm not the only one making noise. Maybe we could start a band?
