So I popped in EA Active on the Wii and did some excersise....Just some light stuff, walking, boxing, lunges, squats, and some teraband stuff... Is that over doing it? It was only 15mins but I'm scared I over did it only 3 weeks out....Should I not do so much?

I started working out on the weights at the gym two weeks out as well as walking. You'll know if you are doing something that you shouldn't, your body will let you know!  And if it hurts, stop.  My NUT told me that no pain, no gain is BS.  If it hurts, it hurts for a reason.

No nothing hurts, I mean I feel a little worn out because I haven't excersised like that in a long time. But nothing hurts.. I was just affraid of causing undo stress on the connection areas or something like that.

You did quiet a bit so I suggest for the next 3 weeks to just walk.
Walking is an excellent exercise, give you body time to heal.

I 'm a strong advocate of exercise but you gotta remember you had major surgery. The body does need time to heal, see how you are feeling by tomorrow. If you ache, kick it back a little.
Again, walking will give you everything your body needs right now.

I was walking and riding exercise bike at that time (still am).  I was told to anything I felt like doing and if I got tired or started hurting to stop.

I encourage you to find ways of being active.  Parking further out, taking the stairs instead of elevators, walking to the kitchen for a drink at commercial time, etc.

Good for you.

I was specifically given "clearance for exercise".
Not walking...but exertion.  You may want to discuss with your doctor the next time you see him.
But glad you're feeling good enough! :)
