School--day two!

Today I resolve to get all the shizz done that I did not do yesterday. Eating breakfast now. About to go talk a long walk then off to the pediatrician's office to pick up shot records and then to the mall to exchange uniform shirts.

Last week I was supposed to start Zumba (it was a free trial week) but did not so I'm going tonight.

Cool and beee-yoo-tee-full day in Baltimore!

B: 2 egss rosettes, 1/4 c. cottage cheese w/ splenda and blueberries
L: I may make salmon cakes. Otherwise, roasted chicken on salad
S: protein shake
S: 3 suzie's thin cakes w/ power pb
S: chocolite bar
D: something with pork chops
LNS: banana protein ice cream

Well, let's see...at work today then mowing with DH after work (big surprise there...)

B: coffee
     Wake up wrap
S: 1/2 homemade protein bar
L: scr. egg whites w/ham and spinach in half low carb pita
S: string cheese or 1/2 banana
D: ??  Not sure

May end the day with a protein shake or two since it looks like I will be short on protein. I don't think I have an ulcer, the pain is better today but now I am wondering about lactose intolerance.  We'll see how that goes!

Good morning!   It's a beautiful late summer day here in Raleigh.  It's not supposed to get TOO hot, and the humidity seems to be almost managable.  (I hope so, it works a number on what little hair I have left!)

The plan for today is work, work, work, photography class, and a little time at the gym if my class lets out early.

B - 8oz protein shake (Nik's Lemon Merangue Pie) made with Hood's Carb Countdown
B2  - 3egg white omlette w/ cheddar cheese and salsa.
L - Turkey, havarti cheese, crisp breads, pickle
S - Kay's Almond Crisps
D - Baked chicken breast nuggets and small salad
S - 4oz cottage cheese, 1/2 banana  and drizzle of sf caramel syrup.  (Another Nik idea!)

I have been fighting off a cold for a few days so not particularly hungry today which will bite me in the rear when I work my 2nd job tonight.

B - Carman's Apricot muesli bar
S - 2c of Snowville milk w/sf coffee mix
L - shrimp to get some protein in
S - probably shrimp, nothing sounds appealing
D - something from Whole Foods while working
S - more milk (at least Snowville milk has 9g of protein per cup to get myself up to goal)

Did work out early this morning in the pool, lunges, stretches, lifting weights, running in the pool.
Later at 11am it's a 3 mile walk with Juli during breaktime.
Will need that walk, have a meeting from 2-3pm discussing goals (yuck!)

B: omlette with ham, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, onions, green peppers and feta cheese
S: Twisted Protien bar
L: Philly steak sandwich with only 1/2 the bread, open face sandwich
S: 3oz. tuna with mayo/relish
D: steak, green beans
S: apple with cheese
S: V-8 juice

I have my photog club meeting tonight.  I didn't do the monthly assignment.  I tried a few times but failed miserably - just couldn't figure out how to do it.  (Assignment is panning.)  So I was going to go out again last night and try one more time.  But as I was messing around with changing settings and stuff... I "broke" it.  Well, not exactly broke my camera but I screwed it up somehow so it wouldn't take pictures.  Dang it!  Hopefully someone at the meeting tonight can help me fix it.  I hate when I do stupid stuff like this.

Today's eats look pretty much just like yesterday.

Commute - protein chai tea
Arrive at work -- fake latte
Breakfast -- yogurt & strawberries
Lunch -- chicken salad on mixed greens w/ sliced tomatoes
Snack - grapes & cheese
Dinner -- roast beef w/ veggies (carrots, mushrooms, onions)
LNS -- ??

I'll also have a chocolite bar somewhere in there.  Usually around 3pm I get a craving for chocolate and doing the protein bar is much healther than dipping into the Hershey's Kisses here at the office.

I just found out that the Chocolite bars are on clearance at Meijer (at least one of the local stores anyway).  So I'm going to hit the store this week to see what I can score.  They are .74 each apparently -- which is about half the price I get it on Netrition.

Meijer--- oh rub it in, already-- I am down to my last two Carbmaster yogurts too! GAH!

(I have to go for a surgery revision soon, I'll get more yogurt then!)
