You're lucky to hande Kashi!

One of my worst crashes was Kashi + SF Pudding.

Next time you eat - Kashi go Poop - you may also get a reaction. Be careful.
 
I was fine with moderate carbs and when i had a first carb come - i discovered that even previously "safe foods" were not safe anymore.

Thanks for review of the Protein crisps. Finally I got them and love them. 
By the way - have you had a chance to check the Chocolate Whey protein Crisps - if you did not - please do. I love them.

You got to... they are yummy... need your opinion so I can decide if I like them.... lol... just kidding... i like them as a snack. I mix that with nut sand get a "WLS friendly Trail mix...." i carry with me instead of protein bars.  (got bit tired of bars)

How interesting.  I'm 2 years out and have *yet* to experience a "carb coma".  I'm not complaining (although if I *did* experience it, I migth be less inclined to indulge in carbs!) ... just curious about why some people don't react this way...

IMO I think that carb comas are just a mild form of dumping. I haven't dumped yet, but I sure have eaten a few things that I didn't think about the sugar content of and got mighty sleepy. It's almost like gas and a baby.. Once I burp and enough time passes I am usu. fine.
