What are you doing/eating today? Wednesday!
RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!
The omega flaxseed cereal gave me a carb coma this morning - either that -or my body was in need of a lot of sleep. I hate carb comas but nothing really sounded good to eat to me this morning.

S: I slept too long
L: Ham slices
S: Greek yogurt and a few blueberries
D: I am making sloppy joe mix again - it really seems to be something that I like that my pouch can stomach...
B: Fuzzy Navel Nectar shake
S: Decaf coffee w/splenda & a little cream
S: Babybel Light Cheese w/ 1/4 c. fresh green pepper pieces
L: Tuna w/mayo & some more fresh green pepper pieces

Lots of water.

Tonight I'm having a Top Chef cooking party with some friends. We're cooking some Rick Bayless recipes (he won Top Chef masters) and then watching the new episode. It should be fun.
