That’s awesome! You know you have to be making progress, because how your clothes fit doesn’t lie!   (and the damn scale sure does! *grrr* )

Yep.  You definitely need a Palm Pre.  And they just dropped the price, so that's a good incentive.  I love my Pre.  I'd marry it if I could.  I've even kissed it once or twice.  It's so sleek and beautiful. It fits in my hand like a little river rock - like a tiny treasure that I can keep in my pocket.  You should absolutely get one.  Then you can call me for free.  We can Twitter back and forth and send pictures and stuff....

Oh yeah.  Pictures.  Pants.  Sorry... got distracted.  Congrats on the size 8's!  I love when that happens.  Well, size 8 doesn't happen to me, but I love when smaller stuff fits!  :-)

My Recipe Index is packed full of yumminess!

Good for you Nik.  We took our 33 year old son and family to dinner last night.  They are both artsy and he is a graphic designer.  He said, "Hey, mom,  you finally got some smaller pants that fit you,  they look great."

He has been bugging me about wearing baggy pants.  He is very fashioned forward and is always on his old "countryfolk" mom about something - in a very kind and loving way.  Not criticism.  Anyway - he told me to go spend some money and get smaller clothes.  Gotta love that, but since I'm only a little over 5 months out - I know I will be going down considerably more, so hesitant to buy too much.

Guess I should hit the thrift stores.

Have a great day.  Penny

Awesome Nik!  As always, you're an inspiration - you "keep on keepin on" even when you get discouraged and now look whats happened!

I hope I get back into my size 8's someday soon  =) .  They're 15 years old and my daughter is threatening to disown me if I actually wear them ( 14 years old and such a fashionista).  I told her that when I'm able to fit into them I'll never take them off again - even if they aren't they right  style.
