I am down 50 pounds as of this morning!!

 I lost 29 on my 4 week pre-op diet

Today after work I go to a meeting so its Wendy's chili night.

Cuppa ambition
B-1 cup low fat cottage cheese w/blueberries
S- protein drink
L-Baby spinach salad, naked nuggets, grape tomatos,chedder cheese & Italian drressing
S-home made protein bar
S- skinny latte (Starbucks)
D-Small Wendys chilli with cheese and oinions
S-0% greek yogurt & fiberone

1325 Cal
40 gms Fat
112 gms Carbs
31 gms Fiber
147 gms Protein 

That's my menu and I'm stickin' to it.

It is Jupiters recipe for chocolate protein bars.  I can send it to you from home tonight.  They are awesome!

Chocolate Protein Bars

 

¼ cup natural chunky peanut butter

½ cup quick oats

5 scoops chocolate protein powder (I use Ultimate Protein)

1 cup fiber cereal slightly smashed up (twig type)

1 cup nonfat dry milk

¾ cup of water

1 or 2 pumps of DaVinci SF peanut butter or chocolate (I used Almond Roca in these)

 

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Microwave peanut butter 30 sec and add to mix.  Incorporate all with water-if it’s not loose enough add more water.  Spread into a greased (Pam) 9X9 inch casserole.  Freeze one hour, then refrigerate.  Cut into 10 equal bars. Wrap in wax paper and freeze. Enjoy!

L- Protein runny mashed potatoes w/ fat free sour cream
S- SF popsicle
D- Protein pudding

Drinking throughout the day- Water with Nectar protein in it.  This will give me over 80g of protein and 64 oz. plus of liquid.

Came in to work at the ungodly hour of 7:30 am today, but at least I will be done here shortly. I have some err umm errands ;) to do after work & then some house stuff when I get home tonight. Here’s the food so far, may update later if it changes:  
Pre-B: Muscle Milk Light
B: Click Frapp
S1: 4 strips bacon & 1 slice multigrain toast
L: salad (spring mix, cukes, tomatoes, cubes of frying cheese) topped with tuna salad
S2: 100 cal pack cranberry raisinettes (Holy Mary Mother of America as my great-nephew says…..these things are the bomb)
D: hmm probably another salad that seems to be the common theme lately   I’ll edit later if I don’t completely crash & burn when I get home.
