Ok . . . I am sick of going into GNC and having people give me different answers every time I go there!  I was wondering if any of you get your protein shake mix there?  If you do what kind do you get?  I am so lost in this HUGE world of protein shakes!  LOL  Any help would be awesome!!

Thank you all so much!!!!

I've had good luck with the AMP protein shake. (Amplified Wheybolic, I think it's called.)

The chocolate flavor isn't so sickeningly sweet. The directions will say to use 3 scoops per serving though - I used only ONE with 12 oz. of skim milk for a total of about 32 g. of protein.

I am with Lynn , I just got the amplified wheybolic and its not to bad .. The lady I spoke with in there was real helpful and the nutrition values are a lot like the unjury I got from doc's office ..taste isn't to bad either , and they have different flavors !! Choc is the only one I have tried so far !!!

LOL I use to be a GNC person, as in an employee.  I do buy protein there with my gold card, on post so it's good everyday for the 20% discount.  I buy Isopure vanilla.  It blends well, has zero carbs, 1 gm of fat and is not too sweet.  I use it to make my protein coffee in the mornings, my fruit smoothies in the afternoons and in my proteind chai tea mix t night.  It's a little pricey, but it's what I will drink.  I tried their wheat isolate protein and it was horrible.  I bought a case of leanbody RTD in vanilla (I like vanilla) for day I just can't get to my homemade stuff.  One container has 40g of protein, 9carbs and 9 gms of fat.  I only drink half of one and the numbers work for me.

I will live each day in the mindful present

The only one I can tolerate from them that actually tastes OK to me is the Max Protien, they only sell it at the Family owned GNC stores, not the franchises.  I have tried every protein possible and this one is so much better than the rest.  I went 3 whole months without protein because I couldn't stand the taste or the smell.  I highly recommend this one.

I also have trouble drinking protein shakes .I do not drink any right now. I have tried many and can not  handle any of them the taste of them. I feel I have not lost much weight I throw up daily. Is it better to drink protein to lose weight?

I use the AMP from GNC also and use one scoop like one of the previous responders.  I love it, but have only tried the vanilla and chocolate.

I have tried GNC's MAX and AMP and like them both. I get vanilla because you can do so many things with it.

Right now I am going through a big bottle of MAX and I mix it up with SF pistachio pudding every morning to start my day with a really yummy treat. In the evenings if I get the urge to snack or want something sweet I will put together another shake with either frozen fruit or different pudding mixes.

I use the GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein powders. I have the unflavored and chocolate.  I put a scoop in my single serve blender with 1 cup of skim milk and hit the pulse a couple of times just to mix it so it doesn't make too much foam. A couple of days ago they were having a buy 1 get 1 half off so I ordered the banan cream and mixed berry. The sale may still be on. And if you don't like them, you can return them for a full refund.
