OMG, Had to share, Chike Bananna protein magic powder

I bought all the Chike protein powder samples, the Banana magic protein powder is AWESOME.....

Chike Banana protein
1 cup ice
1 cup skim milk
1 vanilla yoplait yogurt
1 small banana

Blend and enjoy....OMG this is TOO good....Tastes like a Bananna popscicle, seriously.....I'm in heaven.....

Try adding a small banana to the strawberry Chike....and the Orange is yummy too.  I buy frozen fruit chunks at Sam's, banana, strawberry, mango, pineapple and blend them with the orange, some ice and a little milk or water... 

 I got my samples yesterday and blended the banana with milk and frozen strawberries.  It was sooo good.

I love the strawberry, banana, and orange... I blend with frozen fruit (usually mangos or peaches**** and water.  I LOVE it especially if I feel like I need a dessert.  I often will make a one scoop smoothie and it is just enough to give me a taste treat!!!  I use milk some days if I am feeling really sinful.  It is sooooooooo creamy when it is mixed with milk.  I like to get it really think and eat it with a spoon!!!  YUM!!!

How does one get the samples?

go to the celebrate vitamin site -- on the home page pick free samples and ask for Chike samples ... they are completely FREE there...yay!  (Mix the orange with milk ...mmmmmm)
