B Complex

I am thinking about adding a B complex to my regiment. Anyone have a recommendation as to which is the best?

I use Nature's Bounty drops
It is a liquid you put under your tongue for 30 seconds then swallow.
My B levels have been good so they must be working lol

The cheapest that i can swallow. I prefer capsules over pills. that large B-compl pills are so huge,a nd they smell funny.

I'd discuss this with your nut or WLS doc. I started taking a B complex about 2 months post surgery and ended up with a B6 toxicity they thought was fibromyalgia because it was causing me severe pain!
