I get my multi, calcium, iron, C, and B-complex at Walmart.  I get my B12 from Costco.  And I get my D from Vitamin Shoppe.  I estimate it costs around $50 a month for my vitamins... it's probably less but that's a rough estimate.

Puritan's Pride website often has buy 2 get 2 free or better. I ordered chewable multiple and sublingual B-12, labs have been fine so far. Jenny

My dr and nut both told me not to swallow any of my vits because they lay in your pouch and will cause damage, always chew or drink your vits. I had been swallowing mine for the last few months and labs are good, she just said. It would cause damage. Just wanted to pass that along.

Good luck to you,

Shannon
