I never pay attention to the ads, and there isn't one for yogurt showing right now.  Do you know the name of it?  I can tell you, the ads don't necessarily mean they are good for us.  There is an ad for I think Godiva chocolate that comes up, and clearly that's not in our dietitian's food plans!

I don;t understand the question about the yogurt, but for ANY yogurt, look at the nutritional info to see how much protein it has and how much sugar.  SOME of the sugar will be from the milk it is made from, but you don;t want something with double digit sugar content.  Some people really like Kroger's Carbmaster yogurt, but I prefer the Dannonb Light N Fit and several varieties of vanilla Greek yogurt.

As far as the calcium, I could not find ANY chewable calcium citrate that I liked except the chews from Bariatric Advantage or the Calcet Creamy Bites, both of which are pretty pricey if you use them for all of your daily calcium.

Glad to hear that you ahve not had any complications and are doing well.

I also like the Bariatric advantage raspberry chews. They are really expensive though with how many you have to take a day if that is your only source.

Now that I'm over 6 months out I take Citrical petites a few times a day and just use the chews like an occasional treat.

Good luck!!
