hi every one it has been three weeks today. i have had little or no complacatoions . i am still eating very little and the liqueds are starting to get old but that is what i signed up for.
can anyone sugest a good chewable calciam that tast good and works. i also have lost about 20lbs in the last 3 weeks i gess that is good.
can any one tell me if the yogert that has an add in the corner is any good or is it just there to tempt us.

I don;t understand the question about the yogurt, but for ANY yogurt, look at the nutritional info to see how much protein it has and how much sugar. SOME of the sugar will be from the milk it is made from, but you don;t want something with double digit sugar content. Some people really like Kroger's Carbmaster yogurt, but I prefer the Dannonb Light N Fit and several varieties of vanilla Greek yogurt.
As far as the calcium, I could not find ANY chewable calcium citrate that I liked except the chews from Bariatric Advantage or the Calcet Creamy Bites, both of which are pretty pricey if you use them for all of your daily calcium.
