Caloric intake and then some!

Does anyone know what our daily intake should be? How many calories a day should we have? How many fat grams per day should we have...etc?  I'm only 9 days post op so I'm not counting these things (too much) right now but will be soon starting the next stage and want to begin journaling. I'm not sure if every surgeon's plan on this differs but I haven't gotten the information from them as of yet so was hoping someone could share. Thanks!

At this stage you don't need to worry about caloric intake. All you need to do is count protein and water. You aren't going to be able to eat enough not to lose weight.
After I started eating I tracked all my food and noticed it started at about 400 to 500 calories after a few months and slowly increased to where i get in about 1000 to 1100 calories at 8 months out. Your program may be different so you should ask your NUT. I also don't really worry about fat. I just track protein and carbs.
