Yummy protien drink!

So, my doctor said not to take in more than 20 g of protien per "meal".  Since the powder I use has 28g per scoop, in this recipe I used 1/2 scoop to make 14g of protien.

4oz of decaf coffee
3 oz of milk
3 tbls Almond SF Torani syrup
2 tbls powdered baking chocolate
1 tbls Splenda
10 ice cubes

Mix the milk and coffee in a cup.  Put everthing in the blender and mix.  So YUMMY!!!!
