I am now officially in the 240's!!!! I lost a pound in one day, so hopefully the stall has ended!

how long after surgery did you have to wait to go swimming? I have surgery May 31st and am wondering when I will be able to go to the pool. Thanks! :)

I had surgery on May 17th and I have been swimming since November. I love swimming and water arobics.

They told me as long as the wounds were all healed, I'd be OK as long as I took it easy. They didn't want the water in the wounds .
