Cold medication

I am 4 months out and getting an awful head cold. Any suggestions on what we can take for medication?

I tend to use Musinex D from behind the counter. The one you have to show your liscence for, as to prove you are not running a meth lab. You can also take any cold medicine that does not have NSAID's in it like tylenol cold.
