Ultimate goal met, and still losing!

I set a goal with my surgeon of 160 pounds, passed that :) Then I set an ultimate goal of 149 pounds, which I met this morning. Today was also me and my Hubby's 3rd wedding anniversary.
On March 10th 2010, my BMI was 48.2, and I weighed 299.5 (start of pre op diet). Today my BMI is 24.1 at my current weight of 149. It's hard to believe that I'm now 1/2 the weight that I was just a year ago!

I don't know how much lower I will go, as I am bone skinny from the waist up. If I get the excess skin removed, I'd likely go from my current size 8, to a 4.

For the first time in my life, I actually feel skinny! It's such an amazing feeling :)

Oh, and I found the source to my abdominal pain... gas, so I am much more careful to avoid the foods that cause that to happen.

As of May1st 2011... I'm in a misses size 6

CONGRATULATIONS! I always look for the BMI as the gold standard of weight loss success! You have done well.... absolutely excellent!!! Reaching a normal BMI is a reason to celebrate and shout!!!

I recently reached a normal range BMI so I know the excitement! Congratulations!!!!
