vitamin D3 and sleep problems

I have been taking the biotech vitamin d 3 50,000 iu for a week.  I was taking it at night for 2 weeks and then this week tried to reduce it.  Boy am I having a hard time with reducing dosage.  ANy suggestions.

Research has been done that vitamin D can help some people sleep better.  Evidently I am one of those that it helps but I am concerned about taking this high of a dosage for long term because of toxicity.

My Vitamin D level was 30 last time it was checked.

Daily?

D3 that is water soluble can't go toxic.

So, take it earlier? Every other day?

You'd like your level to be closer to 100, but even if it goes over (some labs top out at 150), it's easy enough to drop the level by cutting the dose in half.

P.S.  My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.
