What AREN'T you eating today?

For me....

NO Ice cream.  I bought two tubs of Blue Bell a week.  Could be breakfast, could be lunch, could be dinner.  Depended on the mood.

WILL be eating breakfast.  No more pop tarts before lunch.

No grilled chicken sandwich large with sweet tea from McDonalds. 
No taco salad with xlarge sweet tea from Taco Bell.
No burger with large sweet tea (and large chocolate shake) from Whataburger

(these were my regular hot spots for lunch - they probably wondered what happened to me!)

No Waffle House All Star for dinner (eggs, hasbrowns covered and smothered, bacon, toast, and waffle)
No pasta covered in cheddar cheese or sauce/parmesan

No ice cream.  Did I mention that already? hehehe

No chocolate in my drawer, no vending machine chocolate, no whatever else walks by covered in chocolate.  No donuts, no birthday cake, no bring dessert back from lunch and eat it for my 3pm snack. 

I can honestly say that I don't miss anything after six months. 
And the few times I have craved something, I have gotten myself a small bite sized chocolate from one of my coworkers or a SF(ish) candy from my purse.  Usually the craving reminds me that I need more calcium and my calcium are chocolate - ish.

This was fun!  I feel better already!

I will not be eating the 2 sausage mc muffin with egg breakfast combo with orange juice at McD's for breakfast.

I will not be eating 4 slices of leftover meat lovers pizza for lunch.

I will not be eating Rice or Pasta for dinner, both of which I used to be able to eat like there was no tomorrow!!

I will not be having a bowl of cake and ice cream for dessert.

I will not be drinking any soda today.

Wow! I've come a long way!

I will not be starving myself all day and then going directly to the fridge after work to wolf down 2-3 bolonga and cheese with tons of mayo sandwiches. Nor will I polish off a foot-long Subway Sub or 3/4 large pizza with the works at one sitting. I won't be taking slivers of cake or brownies until the hundreds of slivers add up to half a cake. There will be no more 4 diet coke days. (But there will still be daily non-fat sugar free latte breaks!) Not swallowing my tears from hating my image in the mirror or eating my words as I declare once again that Monday is the beginning of my "new" diet. Not tasting defeat, but savoring success. Delicious!!!  Jenny

I wont be having:

20 piece Chicken McNuggets
1/2 a loaf of white bread w/ butter
A whole sleeve of saltines with butter
1/2 a package of breakfast danish
A whole package of pillsbury cinnamon rolls
A bowl of cookie dough
1/2 a big bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos
10-20 Reeses Peanut butter cups-minis
10-12 Nutter Butter Cookies

No No No...Man oh man, the crap I used to eat!  I know theres more but I cant think if it at the moment!

I will NOT be eating an entire sleeve of gram crackers covered with peanut butter
I will NOT be drinking 2-3 cups of hot cocoa daily
I will NOT be eating 2 McChickens, a small fry, and a lemonade
I will NOT be eating a large BBQ chicken calzone dipped in ranch dressing
I will NOT be eating ANYTHING dipped in any kind of dressing
I will NOT be eating an entire bag of combos or bugles in one sitting
I will NOT be eating 2 packs of ramen noodles, drained, covered in butter
I will NOT be eating a half 1lb of pasta in one sitting
I will NOT be eating an entire family sized bag of peanut M&Ms
I will NOT be drinking 15+ beers in one sitting
I will NOT be eating 1500 calories from my "mid night munchie run" to Cumberlandfarms

wow...I can't believe how little I cared about myself/my body just a year ago.

  Crackers in bed. I crumbled them all up and fed them to the birds.  Probably not doing them any favors either!

I LOVE this thread....but it's making me head hungry LOL.

I WILL NOT be eating a sausage biscuit w egg from McDs

I WILL NOT be eating a belgian waffle covered with chocolate ice cream

I WILL NOT be drinking 3 regular Pepsis

I WILL NOT be eating a king size pack of Reese's cups

I WILL NOT be eating saltines w butter and oh my how I miss this one lol

I will not be buying candy from the vending machine and hiding one of them on my walk back to my desk to scarf them both down.

I will not be EVER having a huge ice cream sundae again!

I still enjoy chocolate (more than I should sometimes) but in small amounts at a time.

I will not be drinking coke, or any soda at all

I get it now....I won't be eating a whole BOX of icecream sandwiches, which would have likely been my "midnight snack" pre-weightloss surgery.

And I WON'T be eating them after 8PM either!
