5 days out!

I am so excited.... Sore but excited! I can't believe that I am not even feeling sickly! I am sore for sure, where the drain tube was, but nothing else hurts. I have had only one bout with feeling puky and that was when I first woke up from surgery! It's finally done and I am on my way! I am so excited!

I think I'm the only person I know who didn't have drain tubes... weird. But yes, I was super sore the first week or so... kind of felt like I had been hit on my left side by a Mack truck! LOL! The soreness will go away soon enough!

I am 11 days out. I did not have any drainage tubes. Most of my soreness came from my belley button. My soreness was gone within 5 days. I did do a lot of walking and that seemed to help. So far it has been an exciting journey.
